Cellanalys:

  • Fa2N-4-celler samodlades (CC) med monocyt-deriverade makrofager (MDM) under 24 timmar. Fysiologiska (15%) och pro-inflammatoriska (50%) MDM-till-Fa2N-4-förhållanden användes. Alla uppmätta cytokinkoncentrationer relaterades till motsvarande kontroll (faldig förändring) för att analysera (A) den specifika effekten av den IL-8-neutraliserande antikroppen (αIL-8, 100 ng/ml) och (B) den TNF-α-neutraliserande effekten av Adalimumab(anti-TNF-alpha).
