Anti-mouse/human/rat CCL2 (MCP-1)-InVivo (klon: 2H5) antikropp reagerar med mus-, människo- och rått-CCL2, även känt som monocyt-kemotaktiskt protein 1 (MCP-1). MCP-1 är ett 13 kDa kemokin som produceras främst av monocyter/makrofager och är ett potent monocytattraherande kemokin. 2H5-antikroppen har visat sig neutralisera de biologiska effekterna av CCL2 in vivo.
